Community Inclusion for Everyone
ADULT DAY SUPPORT
Everyone deserves to be included in their community - the unique waiver service fills in the gaps and provides a way to access the necessary equipment and supplies that you may otherwise not have access to. Having access to these services enables individuals to do just that, be included.

If an individual is not able to obtain services, equipment, or the supplies necessary through Ohio's Medical plan, they will be able to have access to them through this program. Our goal is to assist in decreasing the need for other required Medicaid services while also increasing the safety of our clients while they are at home, simultaneously expanding their inclusion in the community.

With our adult day services, we strive to do just that. Adult day service centers provide a coordinated program of professional and compassionate services for adults in a community-based group setting.

Services are designed to provide social and some health services to adults who need supervised care in a safe place outside the home during the day. They also afford caregivers respite from the demanding responsibilities of caregiving. Adult day services are an essential source of support for family caregivers.

Services are available in a wide variety of settings to offer individuals a variety of opportunities to meet social, recreational, and emotional needs. Adult day services centers provide an interactive, safe, and secure environment.
We have four locations offering Adult Day Support. The MACC in Fremont, Ohio, The Bruce Center located in Bellevue, Ohio, Memory Hall Clyde, Ohio, and The Landing in Port Clinton, Ohio.
